1.5. The term and the territory of activity of “SIO "ACNS"” have no restrictions.

"Academy of cognitive natural sciences"” (“SIO "ACNS"”),
which is defined in its constituent documents (the charter and constituent contract)
and “SIO "ACNS"” is included into the unique state registry of LE at the state registration
as the newly created (existing) LE

the information-educational environments, the automated (remote) training systems,
the innovative architectures and algorithms in the basis of the automation means of training,
(cognitive) informatics, Psychophysiology of perception,
(cognitive) psychology, (cognitive) linguistics,
the (microscopic) financial analysis, the accounting and audit
of the enterprises and (credit) organizations,
the (microscopic) complex analysis, theoretical mechanics,
physical chemistry, molecular biology and medicine.
3.2. The directions of scientific researches of “SIO "ACNS"”.
3.2.1. “SIO "ACNS"” is engaged in the (microscopic) system analysis
and the increasing in the efficiency of functioning of the (adaptive) information-educational environments.
3.2.1.1. “SIO "ACNS"” develops and modernizes the apparatus of the cognitive modeling technology
for the (microscopic) system analysis of the (adaptive) information-educational environments.
3.2.1.2. “SIO "ACNS"” creates and modernizes of the structures
of the parametrical cognitive models of the subject of training and the means of training.
3.2.1.3. “SIO "ACNS"” is engaged in the creation and modernization of the architecture
of the (adaptive) automation means of training (at distance)
based on the parametrical cognitive models block.
3.2.2. “SIO "ACNS"” is engaged in the (microscopic) financial analysis
and the increasing in the efficiency of functioning of the (credit) organizations.
3.2.2.1. “SIO "ACNS"” develops and modernizes the apparatus of the cognitive modeling technology
for the (microscopic) financial analysis of the organization structures
of the enterprises and (credit) organizations.
3.2.2.2. “SIO "ACNS"” creates and modernizes the structures of the parametrical cognitive models
for the vertical, horizontal and trend (microscopic) financial analysis
of the (credit) organizations based on the primary registers of financial and accounting reporting-documentation.
3.2.2.3. “SIO "ACNS"” is engaged in the creation and modernization of the architecture
of the means of automation of the financial analysis and audit
based on the parametrical cognitive models block.
3.2.3. “SIO "ACNS"” is engaged in the (microscopic) complex analysis
and the increasing in the efficiency of functioning of the difficult objects, processes and phenomena
(the nuclear polymers).
3.2.3.1. “SIO "ACNS"” develops and modernizes the apparatus of the cognitive modeling technology
for the (microscopic) complex analysis of the difficult objects, processes and phenomena (the nuclear polymers).
3.2.3.2. “SIO "ACNS"” creates and modernizes the structures of the parametrical cognitive models
for the (microscopic) complex analysis
based on the (multidimensional) cognitive circle, cognitive disc,
cognitive cylinder, cognitive cone and cognitive sphere.
3.2.3.3. “SIO "ACNS"” is engaged in the creation and modernization of the architecture
of the means of automation of the (microscopic) complex analysis
based on the parametrical cognitive models block.
3.2.3.4. “SIO "ACNS"” develops the fundamental and applied scientific results
in the area of theoretical mechanics, physical chemistry, molecular biology
and medicine (preventive and clinical).

4.1. The structure of “SIO "ACNS"” directly includes the various
branches, sections and departments of fundamental scientific researches,
directions, sections and departments of applied scientific researches,
and also the (virtual) scientific-research centres,
the (virtual) representative-offices (of the scientific-research centre)
and the (virtual) consulting centres (of the scientific-research centre).

4.2.1. The fundamental scientific researches branch of “SIO "ACNS"”
unites the scientists, teachers and specialists (experts)
of the one or several related branches of fundamental science,
which were elected by The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"” as the members of “SIO "ACNS"”
on the certain the fundamental scientific researches branch of “SIO "ACNS"”.
4.2.1.1. The management of the fundamental scientific researches branch of “SIO "ACNS"”
is carried out by the head of the fundamental scientific researches branch.
4.2.2. Each fundamental scientific researches branch of “SIO "ACNS"”
consists of the different sections on the branches of fundamental science.
4.2.2.1. The management of the fundamental scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”
is carried out by the head of the fundamental scientific researches section.
4.2.3. Each fundamental scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”
consists of the different departments on the sections of fundamental science.
4.2.3.1. The management of the fundamental scientific researches department of “SIO "ACNS"”
is carried out by the manager of the fundamental scientific researches department.
4.3. The directions, sections and departments of fundamental scientific researches of “SIO "ACNS"”.
4.3.1. The applied scientific researches direction of “SIO "ACNS"”
unites the scientists, teachers and specialists (experts)
of the one or several related branches of applied science,
which were elected by The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"” as the members of “SIO "ACNS"”
on the certain the applied scientific researches direction of “SIO "ACNS"”.
4.3.1.1. The management of the applied scientific researches direction of “SIO "ACNS"”
is carried out by the head of the applied scientific researches direction.
4.3.2. Each applied scientific researches direction of “SIO "ACNS"”
consists of the different sections on the directions of applied science.
4.3.2.1. The management of the applied scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”
is carried out by the head of the applied scientific researches section.
4.3.3. Each applied scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”
consists of the different departments on the sections of applied science.
4.3.3.1. The management of the applied scientific researches department of “SIO "ACNS"”
is carried out by the manager of the applied scientific researches department.
4.4. The (virtual) scientific-research centre of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the (virtual) representative-offices (of the scientific-research centre) of “SIO "ACNS"”
and the (virtual) consulting centres (of the scientific-research centre) of “SIO "ACNS"”
are created and liquidated by The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”.
V. The features of the official bodies of management of the structure of the organization.
5.1. The official bodies of management of “SIO "ACNS"” are directly

5.2. The President of “SIO "ACNS"” is directly
the primary sole higher body of management of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.2.1. The President of “SIO "ACNS"” is elected (for the minimum term of 5 years)
from among the agreed candidates, nominated to the post of The President of “SIO "ACNS"”
(by the decision or proposal of The Vice-President or The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”).
5.2.2. In the event of the (early) termination of powers of The President of “SIO "ACNS"”
his elections are held at The general meeting of the members of “SIO "ACNS"”
(by the decision or proposal of The Vice-President or The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”).
5.2.3. The founder and The first President of “SIO "ACNS"” for-life
holds the post of The President of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.3. The Vice-President of “SIO "ACNS"” is directly
the secondary sole higher body of management of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.3.1. The Vice-President of “SIO "ACNS"” is elected (for the minimum term of 5 years)
from among the agreed candidates, nominated to the post of The Vice-President of “SIO "ACNS"”
(by the decision or proposal of The President or The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”).
5.3.2. The Vice-President of “SIO "ACNS"” carries out the performance of duties of The President of “SIO "ACNS"”
in the period of absence of The President of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.3.3. In the event of the (early) termination of powers of The Vice-President of “SIO "ACNS"”
his elections are held at The general meeting of the members of “SIO "ACNS"”
(by the decision or proposal of The President or The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”).
5.4. The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"” is the average constant acting
collegiate executive body of management of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.4.1. The official term of powers of The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"” is 5 years.
5.4.2. The President of “SIO "ACNS"” and The Vice-President of “SIO "ACNS"”,
and also the national and foreign members of “SIO "ACNS"”,
which were elected by The general meeting of the members of “SIO "ACNS"”
are directly part of The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.4.3. The members of The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"” are elected
from among the national and foreign members of “SIO "ACNS"”
by the proposal of The general meetings of the fundamental scientific researches branches
and the applied scientific directions of researches of “SIO "ACNS"”,
The general meetings of the (virtual) scientific-research centres,
the (virtual) representative-offices (of the scientific-research centre)
and the (virtual) consulting centres (of the scientific-research centre) of “SIO "ACNS"”
(by the decision or proposal of The President or The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”).
5.4.4. In the event of the (early) termination of powers of the members of The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”
its elections are held at The general meeting of the members of “SIO "ACNS"”
(by the decision or proposal of The President or The Presidium of “SIO "ACNS"”).
5.5. The general meeting of the members of “SIO "ACNS"” is the lower body of management of “SIO "ACNS"”,
which consists of the elected national and foreign members of “SIO "ACNS"”.
5.5.1. The general meeting of the members of “SIO "ACNS"” carries out the elections (for the minimum term of 5 years)
from among the academicians of “SIO "ACNS"”
of the head of the fundamental scientific researches branch of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the head of the fundamental scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the manager of the fundamental scientific researches department of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the head of the applied scientific researches direction of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the head of the applied scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the manager of the applied scientific researches department of “SIO "ACNS"” and others
(by the proposal of The general meetings of the branches, directions, sections and departments).
5.5.2. In the event of the (early) termination of powers directly
of the head of the fundamental scientific researches branch of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the head of the fundamental scientific researches section of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the manager of the fundamental scientific researches department of “SIO "ACNS"”,
the head of the applied scientific researches direction of “SIO "ACNS"”,

7.1. The founders and owners of the assets of “SIO "ACNS"”
are RF and “AUT CMT SFA”, academician of (natural) sciences (“SIO "ACNS"”) Vetrov A.N.
7.2. The functions and powers of the founder and owner of the assets of “SIO "ACNS"” from the name of RF
are carried out by The President of RF and The Government of RF.
VIII. The features of relationships of the organization with the bodies of state authority,
legal entities (organizations) and natural persons (citizens)
at the territory of RF (the residents of RF) and foreign countries (the non-residents of RF).
8.1. “SIO "ACNS"” has the administrative-economy independence.
8.2. In the process of its activity “SIO "ACNS"” interacts
with the bodies of state authority of the federal level,
the bodies of state authority of the regional level,
the bodies of local self-government (councils) of RF and foreign countries,
and also the legal entities (organizations) and natural persons (citizens).
8.3. At performing the various purposes, tasks and functions “SIO "ACNS"”
is guided by the charter (constituent agreement) of “SIO "ACNS"”,
and also the constitution, the federal, regional and local laws (normative-legal acts)
at the territory of RF and foreign countries.
